When we opened the doors to this place, we could not believe our luck. What a fabulous little hidden gem. The fire pit is great and the spa was a great feature of the house especially as it was a winter night when we stayed. Its close to the town and has a cute little golf club about 50 metres up the street. Nina had fantastic communication the whole time and made us feel really welcome. We will definitely look into staying again in the summer.

Nina’s “Beachy Keen” was a great spot to stay. The fire pit, deck and spa and outdoor living area were the highlights, although my 3 year old said it was the large TV and all the DVDs. And the room painted with a mural. This house would be great for friends or couples holidaying together and I can see many a dinner party on the deck.Thanks for having us.

We had a fabulous time at Beachy Keen, the house is centrally located in Kiama Downs close to Kiama, the Kiama blowhole and plenty of restaurants & cafes. Plus a short walk to the beach and lookout. We would recommend Nina’s place for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully stocked & the fire pit and spa were amazing. Nina was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Simply Divine. From the hosting to the home. So many areas to explore from the hot tub to the fire in the brick circle, to the comfy couch that got us asleep halfway through a Netflix movie on that massive tv. Thank you to Nina for being a wonderful host, so lovely and helpful. The views are outrageous, we won meats trays at the local golf club just 2 mins walk away, great food, amazing entertainment. Had the best time. Thank you, Nina.

Nice neat and tidy home with all you would expect. We had dinner at the local golf club one night and it was quite nice. Well within walking distance. The spa was much appreciated at this time of the year. The rooms were clean and tidy and the doonas were very toasty. Just what we needed for June. Nina was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great stay, Nina.

Nina was a tremendous host and super responsive. Her house and amenities were comfortable and really well equipped. (Everything you could w want and more) The backyard and patio with the beautiful garden were so relaxing and are a mini oasis all on their own. The beds are comfortable and nicely styled. We really appreciated the two bathrooms and ample appliances with everything you will need to feel at home. Will be back and thank you Nina for being awesome.
